All employees have been trained in the proper use and maintainence of all propane equipment. All equipment is set up annd inspected regularly so any equipment failures will be spotte before they become a hazard.  We have an emergency action plan on sight and all employuees are required to review it annually.  iN the event of a release or emergencty the employees will contact the office and will dial 9111.  This will be done immediately. The office emergency coordinator will account for  all employees and assist any emergency personnel  when theyu arrive at the scene.  The fire department has the capability and it is in our ;eamergency action plan to evacuate all civilians that may be in harms way. 
Selected employees are trained and educted in the use of all ammonia anhydrous.  This includes the safelty of transfer, handling, equipment, and other aspects of this chemical.In the event of an emergency the employees will do what theya re capable of doing and then contact the local Fire Dep 
artment.  When the Fire Department arrives the employees will assist as needed.  Evacuation of appropriate areas is one of the duties of the employees. 
The employees are supervised by Mike Wilson who has over 25 years experience in the ammonia and propane fields.  He is a retired volunteer fireman and  has had extensive training in emergency procedures. 
John Finley is the assistant manager and is second in command. He is also a retired fireman and has had extensive emergency response training.
