Air Liquide America, Victoria, ASU, has operated on this 30 acre site continuously since 1982. The facility has two separation units that produce pure oxygen, nitrogen and argon for use in industrial, medical, food, and health care industries. Ammonia is used to purify the argon. One 10,000 gallon ammonia tank supplies one ammonia disassociator units at this location. There have been no releases from this system that have breeched the plant boundaries. In addition to training on our own emergency action plan, we participate in the Victoria LEPC and CAER organizations.
