The Alford Refrigerated Warehouses Inc. (ARW) facility is located on a 50 acre site SE of the intersection of Cadiz and Industrial Streets in the City of Dallas. The complex includes an office building with retail outlet at the north end of the property and a private street approximately 0.6 miles long running in a southerly direction with approximately 1,100,000 sf of refrigerated and temperature controlled warehouse units located on the east and west side facing this street.
