The regulated substance on site only includes chlorine. The Mokuhau Deepwell pump station is equiped with an automated chlorine leak detection system which  activates the alarm and contacts the standby operator. The facility was constructed in the late 1970's and has no accident or incident history to date.    The  emergency response plan is out lined in the Chlorine Leak Alarm and Containment policy. The inventory of chlorine at the Mokuhau Deepwell pump station has been reduced to a maximum of 1400 Lbs. which is below the reportable limit. This report supersedes submission made on June 9, 1999.
