The accidental release prevention and emergency response policies at our facility: This facility complies with OSHA (29 CFR 1910.111), ASME Standards, ASME Standards, and the State Board of Agriculture requirements for anhydrous ammonia storage, and it is our policy to adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If an emergency were to occur, it is our policy to notify the Cheney Fire Department and request that they respond to the emergency. 
 
This is facility is a farm supply marketer. We deliver anhydrous products to our customers. We store our anhydrous ammonia inventory in one 26,000-gallon tank. 
 
Our worst-case scenario is a gas release at our 26,000-gallon tank resulting of a quantity released of 120,510 pounds. Using the RMP-Comp the endpoint distance is 4.7 miles. There is a population in this area of 135.  
 
This facility complies with EPA's accident prevention rule and all applicable state and local codes and regulations. This anhydrous ammonia system is installed 
and maintained in accordance with all regulations and state law. 
 
We have never had an accident involving propane that caused deaths, injuries, property or environmental damage, evacuations, or shelterings in place. 
 
In the event of an emergency involving our anhydrous ammonia system, it is our policy to notify the Cheney Fire Department and request that they respond to the emergency. We have discussed this policy with the fire department. 
 
We have no plans at this time to make changes to improve safety.
