Accidental release prevention and emergency response policies. Our company follows the recomendations and guidlines of Farmland insurance co. Their inspection requests are followed to prevent any accidental releases. If a release does occur, our response would be to notify the Floyd co. LEPC.                                                                                                                                                                    Description of facility and regulated substance handled. Our facility is a retail liquid fertilizer plant. The regulated substance is stored, blended, and applied to farmers fields for crop production. It is handled through a series of valves and pipes for blending.                                                                                        Worst case scenario. Any large rupture would allow contents to flow to close by streams and rivers.  General accidental release prevention program and chemical-specific prevention steps. O 
ur facility complies with all applicable state and local rules and codes.                                                                            Five-year accident history. We have never had an accident with this substance.                                        Emergency response program. In any emergency. our response would be to notify the Floyd Co. LEPC.     Planed changes to improve safety. None at this time.
