THE ACCIDENTAL RELEASE PREVENTION AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE POLICIES AT OUR FACILITY: 
 
This facility complies with all requirements for ANHYDROUS (ammonia) storage and it is our policy to adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If an emergency were to occur, it is our policy to notify the Gilbertville fire department and request that they respond to the emergency and the Black Hawk 
Co. LEPC. 
 
 
A description of our facility 
 
This facility stores, mixes, dry, liquid  fertilzer and anhydrous ammonia for sale to agriculture use. 
 
 
WORST CASE RELEASE SCENARIO 
 
 
Our Worst case scenario is a total failure to our 18,000 gal tonk  in the amount of 80,000 lbs of anhydrous  
ammonia, over a 10 min. period. This is not limted too this  area of  5.1 miles around this faclity with possible population of 4366 people . 
 
 
This facility complies wth all federal state and local laws  
 
 
Five year accident history 
 
We h 
ave never had an accident involving anhyrous (ammonia) in the history of our facility. No property injures, envirironmental damage. 
 
 
THE EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROGRAM. 
 
 
In the event of a emergency involving our anhyrous  storage system is to notify the Gilbertvlle fire department in Gilbertville Ia.
