WORST CASE SCENARIO The worst case toxic gas relese scenario is considered to be a ton container of chlorine releasing its entire contents in ten minutes under specified weather conditions. ALTERNATIVE RELEASE SCENARIO The alternative toxic gas release scenario is considered to be a ruptured valve on the chlorine ton container with a maximum release rate of 15 pounds per minute under typical weather conditions. ACCIDENT AL RELEASE PREVENTION PROGRAM Johnston Farms has integrated the California Accidental Release Program (CalARP) requirements within a comprehensive environmental mangement system based on the "One Plan" format. FIVE YEAR ACCIDENT HISTORY Johnston Farms has not had an accidental release of a regulated substance during the past five years.
