Accidental release prevention and emergency response for our facility. In case of an emergency , our policy is to notify the Earling Fire Department and the Shelby County LEPC and request their assistance. This facility consists of three 6000 gallon tanks connected associated piping necessary for loadout.This facility has never had an accident regarding an injury, or environmental or property damage..; within five years. In the event of an emergency it is our policy to notify the Earling Fire and Rescue Unit and Shelby County LEPC Robert Seivert Chairman immediatelly. Planned change to improve safety...
