The process involved using chlorine at our facility is that of storage. We distribute 150lb cylinders of chlorine to municipalities for the purification of drinking water. Our process involves these cylinders being delivered by truck, and being unloaded. They are stored temporarily, and then delivered to the municipalities as needed. We distribute chlorine that comes from Allied Universal Corporation, and have been assisted with emergency training by Allied. Mobile Solvent has on sight a Chlorine Institute A kit which is designed to stop any leak on a 150lb cylinder. We have three people on sight that have been trained in the use of this A kit. We have also sent a sight plan, emergency response plan, and tier II forms to the LEPC and local fire department.
