This facility was purchased from Gilbert Grain on 8/11/99.  A maximum of 76,500 pounds of anhydrous ammonia for use as agricultual nutrients is stored there.  We have Safety, Training and Emergency Actions Plans in place for our employees.  We coordinate accidental releases with the Stockport Fire Department and the VanBuren County sheriff.  We have estimted the release distance for the Worst and Alternate Case Scenarios of accidental releases of ammonia as follows: 2.1 and 1.6 miles respectively to the toxic endpoint of 200 parts per million.
