Agricultual Service Company of Delta Colorado has been in business since 1947. There have been no major releases of anhydrous ammonia since this time. Our employees regularly receive training in the handling of anhydrous ammonia. Our facility handles filtilizer products for the agricultural community. The facility receives, stores and delivers anhydrous ammonia plus other chemicals and fertilizers. Anhydrous ammonia is a regulated substance under both state and federal regulations. Maximun amount of anhydrous ammonia on the site is 42 tons. Average amount on the site is 6 to 8 tons of anhydrous ammonia. Our facility works closely with the Delta County LEPC and the local fire district. |
