| Accident History | Chemicals | Emergency Response | Registration | Source | Executive Summary |

This facility is a hog Farm.  We use propane on the farm for heating fuel for our pig houses.  The heating system consists of one 30,000 gallon propane tank and piping, valves, boilers, heaters, and burners.  Our worst-case scenario is failure of the storage tank when filled at (88% at 60F), resulting in a vapor cloud explosion.  The facility is located in a relatively remote area.  The worst-case scenario should not affect anyone.  We have never had an accident involving propane that caused deaths, injuries or property damage.  In the event of an emergency involving our propane system, it is our policy to notify the MMP & W Fire Dept.
