We at The Fuller Brush Company are strongly committed to employee, public and environmental safety. This commitment includes a comprehensive accidental release prevention program that covers areas such as design, installation, operating procedures, maintenance, and employee training associated with the processes at our facility. It is our policy to implement appropriate controls to prevent possible releases of regulated substances. 3. The Stationary Source and the Regulated Substances Handled 4. The facility's primary activities include production of brooms, mops, brushes, and cleaners. We have two regulated substances present at our facility in regulated amounts. These substances are Isobutane (Propane, 2-methyl) and Propane. The regulated substances at our facility are used for production of aerosol products. The maximum inventory of Isobutane at ou r facility is 56250 pounds, while Propane is present at our facility in a maximum quantity of 33837 lb. 5. The Worst Case Release Scenarios and the Alternative Release Scenarios, including administrative controls and mitigation measures to limit the distances for each reported scenario. To evaluate the worst case scenarios and for alternative release scenarios, we have used equations from Appendix D of the EPA's Offsite Consequence Analysis Guidance, and the EPA computer software RMP Comp.
