POSDEF Power Company, L.P., a 44 MW Net Cogeneration Plant, is located within the Port of Stockton, California, an industrial setting.  The project is located on the North and South side of W. Washington St., just West of Port Road 23.  POSDEF is near the confluence of the San Joaquin River and the Stockton Deep Water Ship Channel, in central San Joaquin County.  The total facility is approximately 10 acres, owned by the Port of Stockton, that is leased to POSDEF Power Company, L.P. under a 30 year agreement.  The faclity is located on the Stockton West, California U.S.G.S. 7.5 minut Quadrangle map. 
 
Liquid anhydrous ammonia is delivered by truck to the facility, and is stored in a 15,000 gallon tank to the west of the turbine-generator, on the west side of the site located on the south side of W. Washington St.,  from which it is vaporized and distributed to each of the two fluid bed boilers in order to remove NOx (oxides of nitrogen) in the exhaust gas stream.  Storage Pressure is 90 
-140 psig, and Storage Temperature is ambient.
