| The Agrimark Facility located at 95 Exchange Street in Middlebury, Vermont manufactures cheese products. The Facility anticipates completion of a refrigeration system expansion in the month of August, 1999. The expansion will necessitate the use of additional ammonia. This ammonia addition will cause the Facility to exceed the 10,000 pound threshold for ammonia. Therefore, the plant is required to administer the requirements of 40 CFR Part 68 and OSHA PSM 29 CFR 1910.119. |
