Responce Plan; Contact fire department,spray amonia cloud with fine mist of water over the top to contain drift. Evacuate if necessary, starting in the down wind direction. North wind--Start south of release. South wind--Start north of release. West wind--Start east of release. East wind--West of release. If entire community needs to be evacuated, start nearest the release working east thur all streets. Send evacuees to a designated location to be accountted for and wait to be notified when it is safe to return. |
