Water Treatment Specialist (WTSI) basic corporate  commitment to responsible steward ship of the  environment, proteccion of employees health and assurance of product safety.  Our company only has one process that uses the following compounds: Ammonia 29 % solution and Ammonia Anhydrous. Our worst case scenarios for anhydrous ammonia is limited to an area of 1.9 miles, determined by the RMP Comp modeling. Our compromise with safety and the environment will be assure by continuos improvement of training, physical maintenance and a number of programs that allow us to continue this commitment. 
 
DESCRIPTION OF STATIONARY SOURCE AND REGUALTED SUBSTANCES 40 CFR 68.155(B) 
 
WTSI manufactures ammonia solutions of different concentrations. The facility operates 1 process that has 2 RMP regulated substances, anhydrous and aqua ammonia. The anhydrous ammonia storage is an 10,000 gal. steel tank with a safe capacity of 8,500 gal.,  
limited by administrative procedure. The maximum storage of anhydrous ammonia is 42,600 lbs (10,000 gal. X 5.01 lbs/gal X 0.85). The aqua ammonia storage tank is 20,000 gal epoxy coated steel tank. There are other processes which deal with manufacturing of filters, ion exchange equipment and regeneration of ion exchange resins, which do not have RMP regulated substances.
