Hydrogen liquid is delivered by tank truck and transferred to a 18,000 gallon cryogenic storage vessel. Liquid hydrogen is drawn from the storage vessel, passes through a vaporizer and supplied as gas to the nearby Air Separation Plant for argon purification. Additionally, liquid hydrogen is pumped through a separate vaporizer and supplied to two (2) tube trailer fill stations and also to two (2) cylinder fill stations. The liquid hydrogen pump boosts the pressure of the liquid to approximately 2000 psig at the vaporizer. This high pressure gas is then used to fill tube trailers and cylinders. Cylinder filling is accomplished from a fixed tube trailer.
