Re-Submittal of Lisbon Plant RMP On July 03, 1999 - Unocal Corporation completed the previously announced trade of its Rocky Mountain oil and gas assets, including the Lisbon Plant, to Tom Brown Inc. All elements of the Lisbon Plants program will remain the same. The personnel, including management, emergency response and hourly employees will remain the same with the exception to some changes in titles and responsibilities. With recommendation from the EPA to Re-Submit instead of a correction to the current RMP, the EPA Facility ID# 1000 0005 8108 will remain the same. |
