We are a grain handling facility with 6 employees, 20 miles south of Grand Forks, North Dakota. We have had an accedental release prevention program in affect, we have had no accidental releases in the last 25 years of this ecconomical and useful product. We have an emergency response program in effect. We also report all hazardous chemicals to our local fire department, county emergency response committe, and the state emergency response committe. We have planned for and have coordinated with local emergency responders to adequately respond to all accidental releases we believe may occur, from a simple hose break to the release of our entire, single largest tank. |
