FIVE YEAR ACCIDENT HISTORY. RESPONSE: WE NEVER HAD AN ACCIDENT INVOLVING A/A THAT CAUSED DEATH, INJURIES PROPERTY OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE, EVACUATIONS OR SHELTERINGS IN PLACE.
