The facility complies with NFPA-58 requirements for LP storage.  It is Quad/Graphics' policy to adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.  If an emergency occurs, it is the policy of the Quad/Graphics' Pewaukee facility to notify the local fire department and request that they respond to the emergency.  Located near the intersection of Duplainville Road and Green Road, Quad/Graphics Inc.-Pewaukee facility houses heatset, web-offset presses.  Quad/Graphics, Inc. prints catalogs, advertisements, coupon inserts, and mnthly periodicals.  The plant is comprised of 6 buildings totaling 300,000 square feet; with 865 employees.  The facility has one 30,000 gallon propane tank onsite.  Propane is used as fuel for forktrucks and as a backup fuel in case of an interruption to the natural gas supply to the plant.  WORST CASE SCENARIO:  Worst case scenario is considered to be the failure of the 30,000 gallon storage tank filled to the 88% capacity.  This would result in a vapor cloud 
explosion.  According to the EPA lookup tables, the distance to an endpoint of 1 PSI overpressure would be 0.4 miles.  GENERAL ACCIDENTAL RELEASE PREVENTION PROGRAM AND CHEMCIAL SPECIFIC PREVENTION STEPS:  This facility complies with EPA's accident prevention rule, and all applicable state and local codes, laws, and regulations.  The propane system is designed, installed, and maintained in accordance with NFPA-58 and state laws.  FIVE YEAR ACCIDENT HISTORY:  Quad/Graphics-Pewaukee has never had an incident or accident involved with the propane system that has caused death, injury, property, or environemtnal damage or required evacuation or sheltering in place.  EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROGRAM:  In the event of an emergeny involving the propane system; it is Quad/Graphics' policy to notify the local fire department and request that they respond to the emergeny.  Quad/Graphics has discussed this with the Pewaukee Fire Department.  PLANNED CHANGES TO IMPROVE SAFETY:  None.
