WCRSA is pleased to participate in the RMP program and has met all the mandates for full compliance. The process safety management plan was in place already and performing the tests for endpoints for toxic releases was later completed, with employee input. Since Chlorine has been used by our facilities we have never had a rupture or release, requiring evacuation. Nevertheless, in complying fully with the mandates of the EPA we have put into place early warning deveices for our employees, contractors and the neighboring public.
