WCRSA is pleased to participate in the RMP progam and has met all the mandates for full compliance. The Process Safety Management plan was in place already and performing the tests for endpoints of toxic releases was later completed with employee input. Since Chlorine has been used by our faciliities, we have never had a rupture or release requiring evacuation; nevertheless, in complying fully with the spirit of the mandates of the EPA we have put into place early warning devices for our employees, contractors and the neighboring public.
