Les Sandrini Farms is committed to a safe Risk Management Program and we satisfy everything  required by SB 1 and IIPP LAW 
 
REGULATED SUBSTANCES HANDLED: 
 
Les Sandrini Farms has a cold storage facility for cooling and storing primarily Table Grapes. 
 
The hazardous substances used are Sulfur Dioxide and Anhydrous Ammonia. 
 
THE WORST CASE SCENARIO AND ALTERNATIVE RELEASE SCENARIO: 
 
The worst case scenario is an onsite liquid ammonia spill. 
 
The alternative release scenario is a hole in liquid space of tank. 
 
THE GENERAL ACCIDENTAL RELEASE PREVENTION PROGRAM AND CHEMICAL SPECIFIC PREVENTION 
AND CHEMICAL SPECIFIC PREVENTION: 
 
Les Sandrini Farms complies with OSHA PSM rules, we satisfy SB 1 and IIPP LAW requirements. 
 
THE FIVE-YEAR ACCIDENT PROGRAM: 
 
No accidental releases to report. 
 
THE EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROGRAM: 
 
Les Sandrini Farms coordinates with the local Emergency Response facilities, employees are property 
trained  
and can perform evacuation practices. 
 
PLANNED CHANGES TO IMPROVE SAFETY: 
 
Les Sandrini Farms updates our training and RMP knowledge on a regular basis.
