Air Liquide America,Longview ASU, has operated on this site continuously since. The facility has 3 air separation units that produce pure oxygen, nitrogen and argon for use in industrial, medical, food, and health care industries. Ammonia is used to purify the argon. One 10000 gallon ammonia tank supplies 2 ammonia disassociator units at this location. There have been no releases from this system that have breeched the plant boundaries. In addition to training on our own emergency action plan, we participate in the Gregg/ Harrison LEPC .
