The accidental release prevention and emergency response policies at our facility: This facility complies with NFPA-58 requirements for LP-Gas storage, and it is our policy to adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If an emergency were to occur, it is our policy to notify the Kingman County Fire Department and request that they respond to the emergency. 
 
This is facility is a wholesale and retail marketer. We deliver petroleum products to our customers. We store our propane inventory in two 8,000-gallon and one 7,000-gallon tank. 
 
Our worst-case scenario is a vapor cloud explosion of one of our 8,000-gallon tanks resulting of a quantity released of 28,800 pounds. Using the RMP-Comp the endpoint distance is .2 miles. There are 36 residential houses within this area with a population of 85.  
 
This facility complies with EPA's accident prevention rule and all applicable state and local codes and regulations. The propane system is installed and maintained in accordance wi 
th NFPA-58 and state law. 
 
We have never had an accident involving propane that caused deaths, injuries, property or environmental damage, evacuations, or shelterings in place. 
 
In the event of an emergency involving our propane system, it is our policy to notify the Kingman County Fire Department and request that they respond to the emergency. We have  discussed this policy with the fire department. 
 
We have no plans at this time to make changes to improve safety.
