The worst case release scenario: Our worst-case scenario is the failure of the 31,669 gallon propane tank, resulting in a vapor cloud explosion. Since this facility is located in a rural area with one non-owned residence within .4 miles of the facility. The owners also live in two other residences with in .4 miles of the facility. These would be the only residences within .4 miles of the facility.
