Webb Wheel Products, Inc. Cullman facility complies with NFPA- 58 requirements for LP-Gas storage, and it is our policy to adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If an emergency were to occur, it is our policy to notify the Cullman City Fire Department. Webb Wheel is a manufacutring plant which produces wheels, hubs, brake drums and disk brake rotors for heavy truck and trailer applications. Currently this facility has one hazardous chemical under the EPA Risk Management Plan. This chemical is liquefied petroleum gas which is stored at the rear of the plant. This LP gas is used for fueling forklifts and is our backup fuel for plant heating. This information is communicated annually to ADEM, Cullman City Fire Department and the Cullman Emergency Management Agency. This 30000 Gallon tank is inspected annually by the Alabama Liquefied Gas Board and maintained in very good condition.  Our worst-case release scenario is failure of one 30000 gallon storage tank when filled
to the greatest amount allowed (88%@ 60F), resulting in a vapor cloud explosion. Since this facility is at the rear of the industrial park and has no public or enviromental receptors within the 0.6 mile radius, the worst-case scenario would not effect anyone beyond our property. Webb has been located at this site since 1981 and has never had an accidental release which caused deaths, injuries, property or enviromental damage. I certify that, to the best of my knowledge, information , and belief, formed after resonable inquiry, the information is true, accurate, and complete.
